Scope, Timeline, and Outcome — Defined Before We Begin
We do not start work until you understand exactly what you will receive.
Riverdcloud's core services are built around a simple process: you describe what you need, we assess the context, we provide a written scope with a fixed cost, and we execute. For household clients, this might mean a full property condition report, a cleaning schedule for commercial premises, or a logistics arrangement for an event in the Kakamega area. For small business clients, it may involve ongoing support visits, stock-condition audits, or coordination with third-party suppliers. What we do not offer are services that require specialised licensing we do not hold — electrical or structural work, for example, falls outside our scope and we will always tell you so plainly rather than take the job and deliver poorly.
What Falls Within Our Service Scope
A clear list of what Riverdcloud handles, so you can decide quickly whether we are the right fit.
Property Condition Reports
A written assessment of a residential or commercial property's current state, covering structural surfaces, plumbing fixtures, and external grounds. Typically completed in one half-day visit, with a PDF report delivered within 24 hours. Suitable for landlords, tenants, or buyers seeking an independent view before signing a lease or purchase agreement.
Business Support Visits
Scheduled on-site visits to small businesses in the Kakamega region, covering operational checks, supplier coordination, and basic stock-condition auditing. Clients on a monthly retainer receive priority scheduling and a written summary after each visit, helping them track progress over time without adding administrative burden internally.
Event Logistics Coordination
Planning and day-of coordination for community events, family functions, and small corporate gatherings in the Kakamega area. We handle vendor liaison, site preparation oversight, and timeline management. We do not supply catering, sound equipment, or security personnel directly, but we maintain a vetted referral list of local providers we work with regularly.
Local Delivery Coordination
Arrangement and supervision of goods transport within Kakamega County, working with established local transporters. We confirm collection, accompany or track the consignment, and confirm safe delivery in writing. This service is designed for households receiving large purchases and small businesses managing inbound stock — not for commercial freight at scale.
A Client's Experience with Our Business Support
“Riverdcloud began visiting our hardware shop on Lugard Road every fortnight from March 2023. Within two months, their stock audits had identified a supplier discrepancy that had cost us roughly KSh 14,000 over the previous quarter. The team documented everything and helped us raise the issue formally with the supplier. That alone paid for a year of the service.”
